The Service is a personal publishing automation software developed by Muhammad Faiz Yahya. It enables direct, scheduled uploading and publishing of video content to authorized TikTok accounts through official TikTok Content Posting API integrations. The Service is maintained for private developer workflows and authorized personal utility.

3. TikTok Platform Compliance

Use of the Service requires strict adherence to all applicable terms, policies, and guidelines established by TikTok, including but not limited to:

• TikTok Content Posting API Usage Rules and Rate Limits

Users must not use the Service to publish unlawful, abusive, infringing, spam, or harmful content, or to bypass any platform restrictions.

4. User Authorization and Security

Access to TikTok functionality is granted through TikTok's official OAuth authentication flow (Login Kit). The Service stores access tokens securely on private infrastructure solely for executing authorized API requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and may revoke access tokens at any time via your TikTok security settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All video content, audio, captions, and creative media uploaded through the Service remain the sole intellectual property of the respective content creator. The Service claims no ownership rights over your uploaded materials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Muhammad Faiz Yahya does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free API responses, or continuous availability of third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Faiz Yahya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including account suspension by third-party platforms resulting from posted content.

8. Termination

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms of Service or violation of third-party API policies.

9. Changes to Terms

Muhammad Faiz Yahya reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued usage of the Service indicates acceptance of the amended terms.
